Prarthanasana
Starting position—Stand erect in normal manner.
1.
Put the knees down on the carpet. Keep trunk and thigh erect.
2.
Close palms of hands in the prayer position and hold them near the chest (keep fingers in upward direction ). Final position.
3.
Separate the palms.
4.
Get to the original position.
Practise this Asana for 2 position.

Corrects knee ailments. Mind gets composed and the feeling is sublime. While practicing Asana everyday, they should end in Prarthanasana and a prayer to the Almighty.
