Starting
position—Lie
face down on the carpet, forehead touching the ground. Keep hands stretched in
front, legs stretched, heels together and soles facing up wards.
1.
Raise
right leg straight from the ground.
2.
Bright
it down to the ground.
3.
Raise
left leg.
4.
Keep
it on the ground.
5.
Keeping
thumb portion of the fists of both the hands, pressing on the ground. Put the
fists below abdomen (below navel dipression.)
6.
Raise
both the legs together straight from the ground, (moving the fists a little up
or down according to ease).
7.
Put
the legs down slowly to the ground.
8.
Come
to the original position.
