5 :
Starting
position—Stand
erect in the normal manner.
1. Raise
hands sideways, stretching fingers in line with the shoulders.
2.
Raise
hands further over head till palms come together.
3.
Raise
heels.
4.
Walk
on toes straight without bending knees and moving hands forward and backward.
5.
Walk
putting right leg on the hand side and left leg on the right side stretching
hands over head.
6.
Stand
steady.
7.
Move
hands down in line with the shoulders.
8.
Get
to the original position.
Practise this Asana for three minutes daily.
Benefits
Increases
height, corrects obesity, and constipation and ailments of knees, lumber and
genitals, straightens muscles of legs.
