Why Do We Get Sick.

 

          Some parts of our body are under pressure of the weight even when we sleep even in the normal manner. Blood circulation in these parts may not be normal. We experience this, when some parts get stiff or numb. Improper circulation of blood may cause diseases. Various other circulation of blood may cause diseases. Various other causes of sickness are mentioned below   :-

1.        Change in seasons, food age and living conditions.

2.        Constipation, easting state, oily, sour and Hard to- digest food.

3.        Not eating when hungry.

4.        Eating when not hungry.

5.        Over-eating.

6.        Drinking hot drinks such as tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages like          whisky, gin, bear etc..

7.        Eating unhygienic and putrid food in hotels and restaurants.

8.        Keeping awake in late hours at nights.

9.        Seeing sexy films and dramas.

10.    Emotional upsets due to extreme love, hatred and anger.

11.    Mental and physical shocks.

12.    Not observing normal rules, for maintaining health.

13.    Neglecting daily baths.

14.    Living in ill-ventilated houses.

15.    Moving bare-footed in cement and stone-floored house.

16.    Over-clothing.

17.    Using nylone, terelene and thickly woven clothes.

18.    Over-working.
